Roythornes New Flagship Offices, Spalding
Roythornes solicitors have commissioned a new state of the art 25,000 square foot office in Spalding in Lincolnshire. Scheduled for completion by Spring 2009, the project started in June 2008. As part of our contract we undertook all the following tasks: |
| » | All electrical work including general power, lighting, emergency lighting, external lighting, supplies to other equipment ie CCTV, air conditioning |
| » | All plumbing work including installation of on tap chilled filtered and boiling water. |
| » | Installation of a fire alarm system comprising of manual & automatic detection. The fire alarm installation also included a fire suppression system for the server room. |
| » | Cat 6 structured cabling network comprising of 490 network points. |
| » | High specification CCTV System. |
| » | Installation of a video entry system. |
| » | Install access control on internal office doors. |
| » | Installation of digital terrestrial TV system including final fitting of plasma displays. |
| » | Installation of high tech building managment system for centrally controlling the access control system, air conditioning system and ventilation system. |
