Kettering Flats

We recently completed this modern four storey development comprising 47 apartments on the edge of Kettering town centre for Lindum Construction.

As part of our contract we undertook all the following tasks:

»	All electrical work including the flats, communal areas & outside lighting.
»	All plumbing work including gas supply pipe work.
»	Installation of a fire alarm system comprising of manual & automatic detection.
»	Installation of a video entry system.
»	Installation of digital terrestrial & satalite TV system.

A spectacular curved design gives landmark presence to this centrally located development - 47 one and two bed apartments over four floors.

Developed in partnership with Nottingham Community Housing Association, the flats available will be a mixture of shared ownership and outright sale properties.
